Invoices¶
View and download your payment history from the billing settings page. All invoices are generated and managed through Stripe.
Viewing Invoices¶
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Scroll down to the Recent Invoices section
Each invoice shows:

| Date | The billing period (e.g., Feb 2026) |
| Amount | Total charged for that period |
| Status | Paid, Pending, or Failed |
| Action | Link to view the full invoice |
Downloading an Invoice¶
Click View Invoice on any row to open the full invoice in the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can view the detailed breakdown and download a PDF.
Understanding Your Invoice¶
Your invoice includes:
- Seat charges -- number of seats multiplied by the per-seat price
- Prorated adjustments -- credits or charges for seats added or removed mid-cycle
- AI overage charges -- if applicable, charges for exceeding the AI query allowance for 3 consecutive months
- Tax -- calculated automatically by Stripe Tax based on your billing address
Failed Payments¶
If a payment fails, Stripe automatically retries the charge using its Smart Retries system. The admin receives an email notification and the account status changes to "past due" until the payment succeeds.
Note
Your account remains fully functional during payment retries. Access is only affected if payment fails repeatedly and the subscription lapses.
