Managing Your Subscription

View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, manage payment methods, and cancel your subscription from the billing settings page.

Viewing Your Subscription

Navigate to Settings > Billing to see:

  • Your current plan and price per seat
  • Number of active seats and monthly total
  • Next billing date
  • AI query usage for the current month

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade from Professional to Enterprise:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan (or Manage Plan)
  3. Select Enterprise and confirm
  4. The prorated difference is charged immediately

Enterprise plan provisioning includes setting up a dedicated database instance and your chosen data residency region.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade from Enterprise to Professional:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select Professional and confirm
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Note

Downgrading from Enterprise means your data will be migrated from a dedicated database to the shared cluster at the end of the billing period.

Managing Payment Methods

Click Manage Plan to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:

  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • View and download invoices

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days in read-only mode before being removed.

To reactivate before the period ends, click Reactivate on the billing page.

Warning

After the 30-day grace period following cancellation, all data is permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling if you need to keep it.
