Attaching Files

You can attach files to your messages in Outsprint. This is useful for importing data, sharing documents, or providing context to the AI assistant.

How to Attach a File

  1. Click the attach button (paperclip icon) to the left of the input field
  2. Select a file from your device
  3. The file is uploaded and attached to your next message
  4. Type an optional message and press Enter to send

Supported File Types

  • Images -- PNG, JPG, GIF
  • Documents -- PDF
  • Data files -- CSV (useful for importing contacts, companies, or deals)

Attach a CSV file and tell the AI what to do with it:

Uploaded files are stored securely and associated with the conversation message. They are accessible only to members of your organization.
