Starting a new conversation gives you a fresh context to work with. Each conversation is independent, so you can have focused discussions on different topics.

How to Create a New Conversation

You have several options:

  • Click the New Chat button at the top of the conversation sidebar
  • Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + N
  • Click the Outsprint logo in the top bar

The Empty State

A new conversation starts with a welcome screen showing:

  • The Outsprint logo
  • "How can I help you today?"
  • Quick-start cards for common actions: /pipeline, /contacts, /metrics, /tasks
  • A prompt: "Or ask me anything..."

Click any quick-start card to run that command, or start typing your own message.

Auto-Titling

After you send your first message and the AI responds, the conversation is automatically titled. The title is generated from your first message or a brief summary of the discussion. You can rename it later.

Conversation Persistence

All messages are saved automatically. If you close your browser and return later, your conversations and their full history are preserved.

Pro Tip

Create separate conversations for different tasks. For example, use one for pipeline reviews, another for importing data, and another for daily task management.
