Pinning Conversations

Pin important conversations to the top of your sidebar so they're always easy to find, regardless of when they were last active.

How to Pin a Conversation

  1. Find the conversation in the sidebar
  2. Right-click (or long-press on mobile)
  3. Select Pin to top

The conversation moves above the date-grouped sections and stays there.

How to Unpin

  1. Right-click the pinned conversation
  2. Select Unpin

The conversation returns to its normal position in the date-grouped list.

Use Cases for Pinning

  • Daily pipeline review -- Pin a conversation where you regularly check your deal pipeline
  • Team standup notes -- Pin a conversation used for recurring team updates
  • Onboarding -- The onboarding conversation is automatically pinned until you complete it
  • Important client threads -- Pin conversations about your most critical deals or accounts

Note

Pinned conversations appear at the very top of the sidebar, above the "Today" group. They stay pinned until you explicitly unpin them.
