Deal Cards

Deal cards show:

  • Deal name and amount in monospace font
  • Stage pill with pipeline name
  • Close date with color-coded urgency (green if more than 7 days out, yellow for 3-7 days, red for under 3 days or overdue)
  • Probability percentage
  • Company and primary contact (both clickable)
  • Owner with online indicator
  • Action buttons: Move Stage, Edit, Log Activity

Interacting with Cards

Every element on a card is interactive:

  • Click an email address to start composing an email
  • Click a company name to view the company record
  • Click an action button to perform that action in the chat
  • Click Edit to open an inline form with all fields pre-filled

Pro Tip

After viewing a card, ask follow-up questions like "Show me her timeline" or "What deals does she have?" The AI knows which record you're looking at.
