Event Types

The timeline includes all types of activity:

Each event shows:

  • Icon indicating the activity type
  • Title describing what happened
  • User who performed the action

Interacting with the Timeline

  • Date separators group events by day
  • Load more at the bottom loads older events

Filtering

You can filter the timeline by:

  • Activity type -- Show only emails, calls, or notes
  • User -- Show only activities by a specific team member
