Companies represent the organizations you do business with. They group contacts, deals, and activity into a single organizational view, giving you a complete picture of each account.

Company Records¶
Each company record includes:
- Name and domain (e.g., acme.com)
- Industry and company size
- Revenue (annual)
- Address and phone
- Owner assigned to manage the account
- Custom properties specific to your team's needs
Pro Tip
Set the domain field when creating a company. Outsprint uses it to automatically associate new contacts based on their email address.
