Creating a company

Using Natural Language

Tell the AI what company to create:

You
Create a company called Acme Corp, they're a SaaS company with 200 employees, domain is acme.com
Outsprint AI
I've created Acme Corp. Here's the company record.

Using the Form

Run /new company (or ask "create a new company") to open the creation form:

The form includes:

  • Name (required) -- The company name
  • Domain -- The company's website domain (e.g., acme.com). Used for auto-associating contacts.
  • Industry -- Select from: Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Education, Professional Services, Media, Non-profit, Other
  • Size -- Employee count range (1-10, 11-50, 51-200, 201-500, 501-1000, 1001-5000, 5000+)
  • Revenue -- Annual revenue
  • Phone and Website
  • Address -- Street, city, state, zip, country
  • Owner -- Team member responsible for this account
  • Parent company -- Search for an existing company to establish a hierarchy
  • Custom properties -- Additional fields configured by your team

Fill in the fields and click Create Company.

After Creation

The new company appears as a card in the chat. It's immediately searchable and available for contact associations.

Pro Tip

Always set the domain field. This enables automatic contact association -- any contact created with an email matching this domain will be linked to the company.
