Contacts¶
Contacts are the core records in Outsprint. Every person you interact with -- leads, prospects, customers, and partners -- is stored as a contact. You can manage contacts entirely through the chat.
What You Can Do¶
- Create contacts via chat, slash commands, or forms
- View and edit contact records
- See detailed information including timeline, deals, emails, tasks, and notes
- Track lifecycle stages from subscriber to customer
- Score leads to prioritize your outreach
- Merge duplicates to keep your data clean
- Manage associations between contacts, companies, and deals
- Import contacts from CSV files or HubSpot
- Export contacts to CSV

Pro Tip
Email is the unique identifier for contacts. Outsprint uses email addresses to detect duplicates and automatically associate contacts with companies.
