The contact detail view gives you a complete picture of a person's record, including all their interactions, deals, emails, and more.

Overview Tab

The overview tab displays:

About section:

  • Lifecycle stage and lead status
  • Source (how the contact entered the CRM)
  • Owner
  • Created date and last contacted date
  • Custom properties (LinkedIn URL, lead score, industry, etc.)

Associations section:

  • Company link
  • Open deals with total value
  • Open tickets
  • List memberships

Tags section:

  • All tags assigned to the contact as pills
  • Add new tags with the "+" button

Timeline Tab

A chronological feed of every interaction with this contact. Events include:

Event Type Description
Email Sent or received emails with open/click tracking
Call Logged calls with duration and outcome
Meeting Logged meetings
Note Notes added by team members
Deal stage change Stage changes for associated deals
Task completed Completed tasks linked to this contact

Each event shows an icon, title, team member name, and relative timestamp. Click any event to expand its details.

Deals Tab

A table of all deals associated with this contact, showing deal name, stage, amount, close date, and pipeline.

Emails Tab

A threaded view of all emails sent to and received from this contact. Synced from connected Gmail or Outlook accounts. Shows full email content with open and click tracking data.

Tasks Tab

All open and completed tasks linked to this contact. Open tasks are shown first, sorted by due date.

Notes Tab

All notes associated with this contact. Pinned notes appear at the top.

Pro Tip

Ask the AI for specific aspects of a contact: "What deals does Sarah Chen have?" or "Show me Sarah's email history." You don't need to navigate through tabs manually.
