Exporting Contacts¶
You can export your contacts to a CSV file for use in other tools, reporting, or backup purposes.
How to Export¶
Export All Contacts¶
Run the export command:

Export Filtered Results¶
First run a search or filter, then export the results:

What's Included¶
The exported CSV includes:
- All standard contact fields (name, email, phone, job title, company, lifecycle stage, lead status, source, owner)
- Custom properties
- Created and last updated timestamps
Permissions¶
You can only export contacts you have access to. If your role has ownership scope restrictions, the export reflects only the contacts you can view.
Pro Tip
Combine filters with exports for targeted data pulls. For example: "Show me all contacts in the Customer stage created this year, then export them."
