Lead Scoring

Lead scoring helps you prioritize contacts by assigning a numerical score based on their fit and engagement. Higher scores indicate contacts more likely to convert.

How It Works

Each contact can have a lead score stored as a custom property. The score is visible on contact cards, in table views, and can be used to filter and sort your contacts.

Viewing Lead Scores

Lead scores appear in the contact detail view under custom properties. You can also ask the AI:

You
Show me contacts with a lead score above 80
Outsprint AI
Found 12 contacts with a lead score above 80.

Using Lead Scores

Lead scores help you:

  • Prioritize outreach -- Focus on high-scoring leads first
  • Segment contacts -- Create lists based on score ranges
  • Track quality -- Monitor how lead quality trends over time
  • Trigger workflows -- Automatically assign high-scoring leads to sales reps
You

Updating Scores

You can update a contact's lead score manually:

You
Set Sarah Chen's lead score to 85
Outsprint AI

Pro Tip

Combine lead scores with lifecycle stages for a complete picture. A contact in the MQL stage with a score of 90 is a strong candidate for sales outreach.
