Viewing & Editing Contacts¶
You can view any contact's details and edit their information directly in the chat.
Viewing a Contact¶
Ask for a contact by name:
You'll see a contact card showing:
- Name, job title, and company
- Email and phone number
- Lifecycle stage and lead status
- Owner and tags
- Last activity timestamp
- Action buttons (Email, Call, Log Activity, Edit)
Expanded View¶
For the full picture, ask to see everything:
The expanded view includes tabs for Overview, Timeline, Deals, Emails, Tasks, and Notes. See Contact Details for more on each tab.
Editing a Contact¶
You can edit contacts through the chat:
Or click the Edit button on a contact card to open an inline form pre-filled with the current values. Change any fields and submit.
Deleting a Contact¶
Ask to delete a contact, and Outsprint shows a confirmation with the number of associated records:
Confirm to proceed or cancel to keep the record.
Note
Deleting a contact removes all associated activities. Deals and company associations remain but lose the contact link.
