Deals¶
Deals track your revenue opportunities through the sales pipeline. Each deal represents a potential sale, with a value, stage, close date, and associated contacts and company.
What You Can Do¶
- Create deals via chat or slash commands
- Understand pipelines and stages
- Move deals through stages
- Close deals as won or lost
- Assign contact roles on deals
- Clone deals to duplicate similar opportunities
- Forecast revenue with weighted pipeline values

Deal Records¶
Each deal includes:
- Name -- What you call the deal
- Amount -- The expected deal value
- Pipeline and stage -- Where the deal sits in your sales process
- Probability -- Likelihood of closing (inherited from stage, overridable)
- Close date -- When you expect the deal to close
- Owner -- The salesperson responsible
- Company and contacts -- Associated organizations and people
Pro Tip
The pipeline view and deal list complement each other. Use /pipeline for a visual stage breakdown and /deals for a detailed list sorted by close date.
