Deal Records

Each deal includes:

  • Name -- What you call the deal
  • Amount -- The expected deal value
  • Pipeline and stage -- Where the deal sits in your sales process
  • Probability -- Likelihood of closing (inherited from stage, overridable)
  • Close date -- When you expect the deal to close
  • Owner -- The salesperson responsible
  • Company and contacts -- Associated organizations and people

Pro Tip

The pipeline view and deal list complement each other. Use /pipeline for a visual stage breakdown and /deals for a detailed list sorted by close date.
