Outsprint connects to your Gmail or Outlook account so you can send, receive, and track emails without leaving the CRM.
How Email Works¶
Outsprint has two email systems that work together:
- CRM Email -- Send and receive emails through your connected Gmail or Outlook account. Every email is synced to the CRM and linked to the right contact automatically.
- Campaign Email -- Send bulk marketing emails to lists of contacts through Outsprint's built-in sending infrastructure.
CRM emails feel like personal 1:1 messages because they come from your actual email address. Campaign emails are sent from your team's verified domain for newsletters and announcements.
