Open any sent campaign to see its analytics dashboard, or ask in chat.
Key Metrics¶
The campaign analytics dashboard shows:

|---|---|
| Sent | Total emails delivered |
| Opened | Recipients who opened the email (with percentage) |
| Clicked | Recipients who clicked a link (with percentage) |
| Bounced | Emails that could not be delivered |
| Unsubscribed | Recipients who opted out |
Open Rate Over Time¶
A timeline chart shows how opens accumulate over the first 48 hours after sending. This helps you understand when your audience is most engaged.
Top Clicked Links¶
See which links in your campaign received the most clicks. Each link shows the total click count, helping you understand what content resonated.
Recipient Detail¶
Click View recipients to see per-contact delivery status:
- Delivered -- Email successfully delivered
- Opened -- Recipient opened the email (with open count)
- Clicked -- Recipient clicked a link
- Bounced -- Email bounced
- Unsubscribed -- Recipient opted out
Unsubscribe Handling¶
When a recipient clicks the unsubscribe link in a campaign:
- They see a confirmation page
- Their contact record is updated with email opt-out enabled
- They are automatically excluded from all future campaigns
- Unsubscribing from campaigns does not affect personal 1:1 emails
Export Report¶
Click Export report to download campaign analytics as a CSV for further analysis or reporting.
