Pro Tip

Outsprint AI drafts personalized emails using context from recent conversations, deal stages, and notes. You always review before sending.

What Happens After Sending

  • The email is sent from your connected Gmail or Outlook account
  • A copy is logged in the CRM and linked to the contact
  • The email appears on the contact's timeline
  • If tracking is enabled, you will see open and click notifications

Note

Emails are sent from your actual email address, not from Outsprint servers. Recipients see your name and email in their inbox.
