Send a Template via Chat

The fastest way to use a template is to mention it by name in the chat.

Send Sarah Chen the proposal follow-up template
Outsprint AI
Here's the "Proposal Follow-up" template with Sarah's details filled in. Review and click Send when ready.

Outsprint resolves all merge fields using the contact's data and shows you a preview before sending.

Insert a Template in the Compose Form

  1. Open the email compose form (from a contact or through chat)
  2. Click the Template dropdown
  3. Search or browse your templates
  4. Select a template to insert it
  5. Edit the pre-filled content if needed
  6. Click Send

What Happens at Send Time

  1. Outsprint loads the template body and subject
  2. All merge fields are replaced with real data from the contact and deal records
  3. The composed email is shown in the editor for your review
  4. You can make edits before sending
  5. The email is sent from your connected Gmail or Outlook account

Note

Using a template does not lock you into the template's content. You can always edit the email before sending.
