Connect your favourite tools and services to Outsprint. Integrations let you sync emails, receive CRM notifications in Slack, capture leads from web forms, and connect to thousands of apps through webhooks and API keys.

Available Integrations

Email

Connect your email accounts to send, receive, and track emails directly within Outsprint.

  • Gmail -- connect via Google OAuth (per-user)
  • Outlook / Microsoft 365 -- connect via Microsoft Graph API (per-user)

Each team member connects their own email account. See the Email guide for details.

Communication

  • Slack -- send CRM notifications to Slack channels and receive personal DMs for assignments and mentions

Lead Capture

  • Forms -- build embeddable web forms that create contacts in your CRM automatically
  • Knowledge Base -- publish a public help centre with searchable articles

Automation Platforms

  • Zapier -- connect to 5,000+ apps using Outsprint's API keys
  • Make -- connect to 1,000+ apps using webhooks and API keys

Data Migration

  • HubSpot -- import your entire CRM from HubSpot with a guided migration wizard. See HubSpot Migration.

Managing Integrations

Navigate to Settings > Connected Apps to see all available integrations with their connection status. From there you can connect, disconnect, and configure each integration.

Pro Tip

Tenant-wide integrations (HubSpot, Slack) require Admin access to connect. Email integrations are per-user and can be connected by anyone.
