Track your team's sales activities -- calls, emails, meetings, and tasks -- to understand effort and identify coaching opportunities.
Activity Overview¶
The activity report shows total activity counts by type over a given period:
- Calls -- Logged phone calls
- Emails -- Sent and synced emails
- Meetings -- Logged meetings
- Tasks -- Completed tasks

Activity Trends¶
View activity counts over time to spot patterns. Are Mondays your most active day? Is activity declining toward the end of the quarter?
Leaderboard¶
The sales leaderboard ranks reps by key metrics:
- Deals closed this period
- Revenue generated
- Total activities logged
- Emails sent
Pro Tip
Correlate activity volume with deal outcomes. If high-activity reps are not closing proportionally more deals, the issue may be activity quality rather than quantity.
