Natural language report

How It Works

When you ask a reporting question in chat, Outsprint:

  1. Understands your intent (what metric, what time period, what grouping)
  2. Queries your CRM data
  3. Chooses the right visualization (chart, table, or metric card)
  4. Returns the result inline in the conversation

Example Questions

Here are some questions you can ask:

Question What you get
"What's our conversion rate?" Single metric with trend
"Show revenue by month" Line chart of monthly revenue
"Who's closing the most deals?" Bar chart of deals by rep
"Compare Q4 vs Q1 pipeline" Comparison chart
"What's the average time to close?" Single metric
"Show me deals closing this month" Table of deals
"Why are we losing deals?" Bar chart of loss reasons
"Show activity by rep this week" Table of activity counts

Follow-Up Questions

You can refine results by asking follow-up questions:

  • "Break that down by month"
  • "Show only enterprise deals"
  • "Compare to last quarter"
  • "Export this as CSV"

Save as Report

If you want to keep a report for future use, ask Outsprint to save it:

You
Save this as a report called "Monthly Revenue"

Saved "Monthly Revenue" report. You can access it anytime from /reports or add it to a dashboard.

Pro Tip

The more specific your question, the more precise the answer. Include time ranges, filters, and groupings for the best results.
