Pipeline Reports¶
Understand the health of your sales pipeline with reports on deal count, value, and stage distribution.
Pipeline Overview¶
The pipeline overview shows your total pipeline at a glance:
- Total pipeline value -- Sum of all open deal amounts
- Weighted pipeline -- Deal amounts multiplied by stage probability
- Deal count -- Number of open deals
- Average deal size -- Mean deal value
Each metric includes a comparison to the previous period so you can spot trends.
Pipeline by Stage¶
See how deals are distributed across your pipeline stages. This helps identify bottlenecks where deals are getting stuck.
The report shows a horizontal bar chart with each stage, its total value, and deal count.
Pipeline by Rep¶
Break down the pipeline by team member to see who owns which portion of the pipeline and how it compares across the team.
Deal Velocity¶
Track how long deals spend in each pipeline stage on average. This helps you understand your sales cycle and identify stages that slow things down.
Forecasting¶
The pipeline report connects to revenue forecasting. See Revenue reports for forecast details.
Pro Tip
Check pipeline by stage weekly to spot stalled deals early. If a stage is growing without deals progressing, it may need attention.
