Personal and Shared Filters

  • Personal filters -- Visible only to you
  • Shared filters -- Visible to everyone on your team

When saving a filter, check the Share with team option to make it available to all team members.

Manage Saved Filters

You can view, edit, or delete your saved filters:

  • Edit -- Update the filter criteria and save again
  • Rename -- Change the filter name
  • Delete -- Remove the saved filter

What Gets Saved

A saved filter stores:

  • The entity type (contacts, companies, deals, tickets)
  • All filter conditions (field, operator, value)
  • The combination logic (all conditions AND, or any condition OR)

Note

Saved filters store the filter criteria, not the results. When you recall a saved filter, it runs against current data and returns up-to-date results.

Pro Tip

Create shared filters for common views your team uses regularly, like "Uncontacted leads this week" or "Deals closing this month."
