Add notes to any CRM record and use @mentions to loop in team members and trigger notifications.

Create notes from chat or from the Notes tab on any record.

Note Features¶
- Rich text -- Markdown formatting including bold, italic, lists, links, and code blocks
- Pinned notes -- Pin important notes so they appear at the top of the notes tab
- Multi-association -- Link a single note to multiple records (e.g., both a contact and a deal)

- Inline images -- Paste or upload images directly into notes
Pinning Notes¶
Pin a note to keep it visible at the top of the notes tab. This is useful for key information like decision-maker status, preferences, or important context.

@Mentions¶
Type @ followed by a teammate's name to mention them in a note. Mentioned users receive a notification and can click through to see the note in context.

Where Mentions Work¶
- Notes on any entity
- Ticket conversation replies and internal notes
- Activity log notes
Mentioned names appear as clickable chips that link to the user's profile.
Permissions¶
- You can edit and delete your own notes
- Admins can edit and delete any note
- Notes follow the same access permissions as the associated record
Pro Tip
Use @mentions to replace internal emails about CRM records. The context stays attached to the record instead of buried in an inbox.
